SM HOTELES CLUB LEGAL CONDITIONS
The purpose of the club is to offer special benefits and promotions to those who wish to join this loyalty programme, whether they are existing customers or not.
Those who register as members will receive exclusive promotions and benefits and will be kept regularly informed by email. They may unsubscribe at any time.
The promotion is available at all SM Hoteles Group HOTELS (www.smhoteles.com):
HOTEL SANT ANTONI (Barcelona),
HOTEL TEATRE AUDITORI (Barcelona),
HOTEL TURISSA (Tossa de Mar)
HOTEL FONTANALS GOLF (Cerdanya – Girona).
CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In order to join our club, you must first register by completing the registration form on one of our websites or when booking your accommodation. It is necessary to agree and accept the relevant legal conditions in advance.
Registration is free and open to anyone over the age of 18. We reserve the right to refuse admission.
Final registration will be confirmed by email once your request has been processed.
In order to enjoy the benefits, discounts and special promotions as a member of the club, you must comply with the specific conditions for each of them, such as a minimum number of nights, specific offers for particular establishments, period of validity, etc.
Promotions are cumulative only where clearly stated, otherwise they are exclusive.
The administrator reserves the right to modify the general or specific conditions of the club or future promotions without prior notice and without retroactive effect to those who have already registered. If any amount has been paid, it will be refunded and the member will be compensated with an exclusive advantage.
Promotions that are in force and active may change their conditions only in case of force majeure (due to legal requirements, exceptional situations, lack of availability in the booking, administrative errors in the processing of the same or any other exceptional situation that prevents compliance). In these cases, we will compensate our memners with new benefits.
A member may unsubscribe from the club at any time by sending an email to the administrator with the subject line "UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THE CLUB" and must receive a reply and confirmation from us. The unsubscribe process can take between 7 and 15 days, which is necessary for the entire information system to recognise that you are no longer a member and to stop sending you information. The administrator may decide to cancel the subscription of a user or prevent the activation of a user as a member of the club, which reserves the right to refuse admission.
